ONLYLYON & CO
ONLYLYON & CO (formerly Aderly) is a non-profit association created in 1974, bringing together the main local authorities and economic institutions, and co-chaired by the Metropole de Lyon and the CCI Lyon Métropole Saint-Étienne Roanne.
It runs 2 programs:
- the ONLYLYON Invest economic attraction program,
- the ONLYLYON territorial marketing initiative.

The global economy is facing long-term social, technological and climatic changes.
The Lyon region and its ecosystems are inherently vulnerable to climate change and resource scarcity
Affirming our vision
Our vision is of a Lyon region:
- open, radiant and attractive;
- open, radiant and attractive, drawing inspiration from best practices elsewhere as much as it inspires through its capacity for innovation and its commitment to the world's major challenges;
- which, to do so, can count on its humanist heritage, its entrepreneurs, its industries, its heritage, its European stature and its tradition of working together.
ONLYLYON & CO intends to contribute to this vision by developing a positive-impact attractiveness, in the service of the region's robustness.
Carrying out our missions with commitment
The association is a public-interest organization whose team is committed to promoting and enhancing the attractiveness of the Lyon region, both in France and abroad. The Lyon region is defined as the “metropolitan square”.
ONLYLYON & CO's mission is to:
- promote the Lyon region in France and abroad;
- to identify, attract, support and connect companies, investors, skills and innovative solutions from other regions in France and abroad, which enrich the region. In particular, the Association's mission is to encourage these companies to establish themselves on a long-term basis, to the benefit of the region's economic fabric and its inhabitants;
- promote economic cooperation with local, national, European and international players in line with its purpose.
Governance
Five colleges were formed to accompany the college made up of the two co-presidents and elected representatives of the CCI Lyon Métropole Saint-Étienne Roanne and those of the Metropole de Lyon.
Presidency

Employers' organizations and competitiveness clusters in the region that can contribute to the agency's work in relation to companies and industries
Education and the academic world
Universities, initial and continuing training schools, employment and integration players involved in developing local skills

Companies of all sizes involved in the ONLYLYON program to promote the region in terms of impact, talent and roots
Territorial institutions
Local authorities or EPCIs in the Lyon region that have signed agreements with ONLYLYON & CO to set up business activities
